Trip to North Carolina

Fall 2009 (Yep...still catching up. I'll be caught up someday...maybe.)

We had great weather this fall! We took advantage of it and spent many hours outdoors.





We love it when our cousins come to visit!

Notice how the oldest have learned how to keep Brock in the pictures. They have gotten quite good at it.



I didn't know how hard this trick was until I tried it myself. They made it look so easy.

TJ created his very own Indian hat. He learned a little more about duct tape when we took his hat off.









Ned and I ran the AirForce Half Marathon. What an exhilarating experience...especially when the F16s did a fly-over.

First Day of School

We decided to school at home this year. We are participating in the K12 program, specifically - Ohio Virtual Academy. Although it has been quite challenging, it has been such a blessing to our family. Our children are meeting their goals and as a family we are able to spend more time together.
After their school goals are met for the day, our children come up with all sorts of fun things to do. (Here are a couple of projects I was able to catch with a picture.)

Laura turned 8!

Laura turned 8 and was baptized. It was an awesome day that she will remember forever. Many of our good friends and neighbors showed up to support her and show their love. We are so thankful to them and for the gospel that has blessed our lives so much!
